Linda Kaye is the founder of Changeworks. She earned her accreditation as an NLP Master Trainer in 1993. She continues to demonstrate her masterful ability to pinpoint the underlying issues that are impeding progress and introduces corrective solutions using a unique blend of behavioral consulting, coaching and learning methodologies. Linda has proven to be a catalyst for transformation.
Andy Brandt, recently retired Chairman and CEO of the LCBO whose many impacts include a projected $1.2 billion profit on sales of $3.6 billion this year. Before the LCBO Andy was appointed as interim leader of the Progressive Conservative Party. His successes have made him a sought after speaker on how the transformation of the LCBO was achieved and he is currently available for limited engagements.
Dr. Wyatt Woodsmall is an internationally renowned expert whose main emphasis is on human differences and performance and the shaping of culture to create high performance organizations. He brings twenty years of real world insight to his consulting assignments. Wyatt is co-author of four books and author of six monographs and over fifty published articles. He is recognized as the trainer's trainer and has students on five continents in over twenty countries. His work with many organizations in diverse industries with specific emphasis in culture shaping and in predicting and modifying behavior using specialized behavioral technologies.
Isabelle David has over 20 years experience in international training and coaching. She has developed an expertise worldwide in the fields of communication, Neuro-Linguistics and Behavioral Science. She is a Master Trainer of NLP, has authored two books and has created strategies of learning using the latest in science and psychology development. Isabelle is known for her simplicity and ability to easily and effectively convey the complexities of communication models.
Donna St. John is a senior sales executive with a phenomenal track record in sales leadership, people development and service excellence. She has twenty years of "real world" business experience, demonstrating significant shareholder value and sustainable results to both employers and corporate clients. Her proven ability to identify opportunities and create and execute solid business plans has been a major contributor to numerous organizations' growth and profitability.
